SPS Bexhill’s annual carp fishing weekend was 20th – 22nd June 2025 at Hartleylands Fishery on Bramley’s lake.
The weather was extremely hot so a lot of sunburn all round, so the fish were not playing ball but 5 came out in total, Joe Norris had the most and the biggest at 34lb 8oz, Will Lawson had a 22lb, Kevin won the worst fisherman of the weekend.
The fishing was slow but having good food, great laughs and many drinks took away the pain.
