A big mention has to go out to two of our staff members and two of our valued installers.
Karl Platel & Andy Grice joined forces with Adam Eastes & Rob Oliver (Oliver Eastes Plumbing & Heating) to complete the Macmillan 72 Hole Longest Day Golf Challenge.
As the title suggests, this involved 72 holes of golf in one, very loooooong day. The guys started at 5.00am in order to fit this in before night fall and the challenge was made all the more difficult as it poured for the entire morning. The boys completed their 8 very damp rounds (Horam Park Golf Club is 9 holes long) at around 9.10pm.
A great effort from the four participants who have so far managed to raise over £2500 for the Macmillan Cancer charity.
A massive thank you must go out to Horam Park Golf Club. They are the friendliest golf course around and let the boys use the course free of charge to help with the fund raising!
