We are excited to be upgrading to new computer software from Kerridge.
The new system will be live from Monday 20th June 2022, but to carry out the upgrade we will be closed on Saturday 18th June.
After the upgrade, your invoices and statements will look different but all terms and pricing will be loaded in advance, so we are not expecting any issues.
As with everything technical, there is going to be a slight transition period as the team gets used to the new software. Everyone has been trained in advance but please could we ask you to bear with our staff if there are any teething problems.
Our current app will no longer work, but we will be providing everyone with a login to the new system so you can still check account details.
A major positive of the new system is if you already have an account with SPS and IBMG i.e. Parkers, Chandlers, Stamco, or Fairalls. Then your account will be merged so you only have one central account to manage.
If you do not currently have an account with the other IBMG brands, you will now be able to have access via your account for heavy side materials.
