On the 1st December 2016, SPS Uckfield held their annual Curling and Curry event.
This event is always highly anticipated and is legendary in the Uckfield area so there is always a good turn out with 16 customers, 6 staff members and Nick Clift (the QRL rep) taking part.
With all of us wrapped up for the freezing conditions in the venue, we took to the ice.
It was a good battle for first place but in the end, one team fought against all odds (as they only had 3 people in their team) to become The SPS Curling Champions 2016.
They were Rob Oliver and Adam Eastes of Oliver and Eastes Plumbing and Heating and Aaron (our much loved Uckfield Manager/sporting hero).
A brilliant time was had by all and we finished off the night by going for a curry in Uckfield. Well done boys, see you in December 2017 for the next Curling event (minus the sambucas Neil)!
