Embracing colour in your bathroom is a trend we are seeing more and more since our showrooms reopened in April! We all know that colour has a huge impact on our mood, yet historically bathrooms have been a neutral space with colours like grey, beige and white being the mainstays, however, things are changing and there are some new kids on the block. So the question is, are you brave enough to experiment, take on a new project and add colour to your bathroom design?

Whether it’s your taps, sanitary ware, tiles, or flooring, it is easy to introduce a splash of colour that will lift your mood and create a bold and beautiful addition to your home!

Go bold, go black and gold

Now, inspired by the return of copper and brass elsewhere in the home, taps are shrugging off their silver coating for a new, more luxurious look. Your bathroom can exude warmth and charisma with brushed black and gold brassware. The glorious gold appearance is nothing short of regal. Pair with black matte cupboards for a versatile finish with timeless elegance. Soften the look with fluffy towels and add greenery and texture with well-placed houseplants.

Colour yourself happy

Changing your colour scheme is the simplest way to transform your bathroom.  Baths with painted skirts are the new must-have and they come in a fantastic range of colours, providing a simple and stylish way to make a statement. Why not pair with a matching coloured towel rail for twice the impact?

Using complementary colours will ensure bathroom features have an impact, equally, incorporating contrasting primary colors can introduce an air of flamboyance.  Pair with muted walls and bold flooring for a finished look with lots of flair.
