On Sunday 31st July ‘Our Kev’ completed the ‘Ride London’ charity bike ride in aid of Pancreatic Cancer Research.
In the week leading up to his ride, the Hastings branch had a breakfast morning each day with various competitions to help Kev raise as much money as possible for his chosen charity.
The ‘£1 per vote’ to pick a member of staff to be put into the stocks and wet sponged was a huge success with Ellie Finnis the resounding winner/loser getting a massive 73 votes!
Just for laughs, all members of staff were put in the stocks, one of the highlights being an opportunity for Karl Hazleden to once again wear his little polka dot dress, love heart socks and lippy – he looks far too comfortable in it!
SPS Hastings raised a massive £870.93 to help towards Kev’s fundraising and at the time of writing, he has raised well over £2000.
